Raises serum 25(OH)D efficiently
In a six-month randomized double-blind trial in older adults, calcifediol produced larger increases in serum 25(OH)D than cholecalciferol and was approximately three times as effective per microgram. This describes the ingredient and biomarker—not “three times absorption” or a guaranteed individual result.
Vitamin D and calcium absorption
Vitamin D is required for normal calcium absorption and contributes to bone and muscle physiology. Evidence for broader outcomes in people without deficiency is inconsistent.
Biomarker response is not a treatment promise
The comparative studies did not test this finished BubbForest gummy. Individual response depends on baseline vitamin D status, dose, adherence, health conditions and concurrent intake.

Take one gummy daily with a meal, according to the current label. Do not combine with vitamin D medicines or additional high-dose vitamin D supplements unless advised by a healthcare professional.
