Check the product's stock status and the directions for the version sold in your market. An out-of-stock product cannot be purchased through this website. Prices displayed here are in USD. Country and language selections help you browse; delivery availability must be confirmed separately.

Your seller and purchase channel
The seller identified on your order confirmation or marketplace receipt is the contact for payment, delivery and the terms of that purchase. Purchases made through a pharmacy, retailer, Douyin, JD or Xiaohongshu should be managed through that seller's original order-support channel. This website's USD catalogue is not a promise that every item is available from every channel.
Delivery, charges and taxes
Confirm the dispatch location, delivery destination, delivery estimate, shipping charge and any customs or tax arrangements with your seller before payment. If website checkout is available for a product, review the options and total presented there before submitting an order. We do not quote a universal dispatch time or carrier for all markets.
Cancellations
Contact the seller promptly through the original order channel if you need to change or cancel an order. The available action depends on the order's actual processing and shipment status. Keep the order reference and the seller's response.
Returns and refunds
Use the original order-support channel to request a return or refund. Provide the order reference, the reason for your request and the condition of the packaging. Obtain the correct return instructions before shipping a product. The seller should explain any applicable return period, return address, shipping charge and refund process for that purchase. Rights that apply under consumer law are not excluded by this page.
No blanket cross-border tax deduction or restocking fee is established by this page. Historical promotional arrangements should not be applied automatically to a new order. The Chinese statement on the discontinued 2025 trial promotion concerns that historical event.
Damaged, incorrect or concerning products
Keep the packaging, batch number and available photographs, and contact your seller promptly. For a suspected adverse reaction, stop using the product and seek appropriate healthcare advice; then share the product and batch details with support.
