Vitamins C, D and E with zinc, selenium and quercetin. Adequate micronutrient status supports normal immune function; routine supplementation is not proven to prevent or treat infections in people without a deficiency.
Product information
What to know before you choose

Formula overview
Six nutrients, presented with evidence in context
The two-capsule serving combines five essential micronutrients with 300 mg quercetin. These nutrients have recognized roles in normal immune physiology, but more is not automatically better and a supplement does not replace sleep, vaccination, varied food or medical care.
Vitamins C + E
Essential vitamins with antioxidant and normal immune-function roles.
Vitamin D + zinc
Nutrients required for normal innate and adaptive immune responses.
Selenium + quercetin
Selenium supports antioxidant enzymes; quercetin evidence is still developing.
Evidence, in context
What research supports—and where the limits are
Adequacy supports immune function
NIH states that adequate vitamins C, D and E, zinc and selenium are important for proper immune function. Deficiency can impair immune responses.
Not an infection-prevention claim
For people without a deficiency, routine micronutrient supplementation generally does little to prevent specific infections or speed recovery. This product does not prevent, treat or cure respiratory infections.
Quercetin research
Human studies use different populations and doses. Reviews identify possible signals in selected settings, but evidence is insufficient to recommend quercetin as a treatment or infection-prevention therapy.
