What to know before you choose
BubbForest ATP FLUX · 90 capsules
A closer look at cellular energy nutrition
Everyday energy begins with everyday foundations. ATP FLUX brings CoQ10, B vitamins, acetyl-L-carnitine, NR and complementary ingredients together in a multi-ingredient formula, organized around four areas of cellular nutrition.
中文产品介绍 → · Ingredient amounts · Research explained · Before use
65 mg CoQ10
Ubidecarenone, alongside B1 and B2, in a broader cellular-energy formula.
170 mg ALCAR salt + 50 mg NR
Acetyl levocarnitine hydrochloride and nicotinamide riboside chloride, with clearly stated amounts.

Four connected formulation directions
01 · Energy metabolism
CoQ10 participates in mitochondrial electron transport. B1 and B2 are involved in metabolic enzyme systems; the carnitine family is involved in fatty-acid handling. ATP FLUX combines these ingredient categories rather than using CoQ10 alone. Biological roles explain the formulation; they do not establish a measured increase in ATP from this finished product. Ingredient background.
02 · Antioxidant nutrition
Vitamin E and selenium contribute to normal antioxidant biology. CoQ10 and alpha-lipoic acid provide additional research context. This is not a promise to eliminate free radicals, reverse ageing or repair damaged mitochondria.
03 · Phospholipid nutrition
Each capsule contains 150 mg lecithin, providing 30 mg phosphatidylcholine. Phosphatidylcholine is a phospholipid found in cell membranes; this nutritional rationale is different from demonstrating membrane repair. The formula also includes wheat germ extract, without a verified standardized spermidine amount.
04 · NAD+ precursor nutrition
NR is a precursor used in NAD+ biology. NAD+ participates in cellular metabolic reactions; NR is not NADH or NMN. ATP FLUX contains 50 mg NR chloride per capsule. Taurine is a separate complementary ingredient, not an NAD+ precursor.
Where ATP fits
ATP transfers energy within cells. The citric acid cycle and electron transport chain help connect nutrients from food with ATP production. “ATP FLUX” describes the formulation’s focus: it does not mean the capsules contain ATP, nor that fatigue always reflects mitochondrial dysfunction.
Know what is in each capsule
90 capsules per bottle. Amounts are based on the brand-supplied panel and per-capsule confirmation. The three-capsule column is arithmetic for comparison, not a universal daily-dose recommendation.
| Ingredient or equivalent nutrient | Per capsule | Three capsules total |
|---|---|---|
| Ubidecarenone (coenzyme Q10) | 65 mg | 195 mg |
| Riboflavin sodium phosphate | 43 mg | 129 mg |
| Equivalent riboflavin (vitamin B2) | 32.2 mg | 96.6 mg |
| Lecithin | 150 mg | 450 mg |
| Providing phosphatidylcholine (20%) | 30 mg | 90 mg |
| D-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate | 25 mg | 75 mg |
| Equivalent d-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E) | 20.25 mg | 60.75 mg |
| Selenomethionine | 49.7 µg | 149.1 µg |
| Equivalent selenium | 20 µg | 60 µg |
| Alpha lipoic acid | 3 mg | 9 mg |
| Magnesium citrate | 20 mg | 60 mg |
| Equivalent magnesium | 3 mg | 9 mg |
| Thiamine nitrate | 23.3 mg | 69.9 mg |
| Equivalent thiamine (vitamin B1) | 18.89 mg | 56.67 mg |
| Acetyl levocarnitine hydrochloride | 170 mg | 510 mg |
| Nicotinamide riboside chloride (NR) | 50 mg | 150 mg |
| Triticum aestivum (wheat) germ extract dry concentrate (10:1) | 20 mg | 60 mg |
| Equivalent dry wheat germ | 200 mg | 600 mg |
| Taurine | 20 mg | 60 mg |
| Malic acid (also shown on supplied panel) | 34 mg | 102 mg |
Equivalent nutrients and phosphatidylcholine are included within their source ingredients, not extra quantities. µg means micrograms. The 4 mg selenium premix includes carrier material; it is not 4 mg elemental selenium. The ARTG ingredient entry does not specify R-alpha-lipoic acid, a spermidine amount or malic acid’s regulatory role. Check the supplied market-specific label for the full formulation, excipients and allergens.
Ingredient research, read in context
The studies below explain why these ingredients attract research interest. None tested the finished BubbForest ATP FLUX formula.
CoQ10 + NADH: a different combination
A 2015 randomized, double-blind trial studied 73 people with chronic fatigue syndrome for eight weeks using CoQ10 200 mg/day plus NADH 20 mg/day. This is not ATP FLUX: our formula contains NR, not NADH. Results from that combination cannot substantiate an “ATP increase of 77%” claim for this product. Read the study.
NR: biomarker research is not a vitality guarantee
A 2026 randomized, open-label study in 65 healthy adults compared NAD+ precursors over 14 days. The NR arm used 1,000 mg/day and increased whole-blood NAD+. ATP FLUX provides 50 mg NR chloride per capsule, or 150 mg in three capsules. The study does not establish the same response at these amounts, or prove improved energy or longer life. Read Nature Metabolism.
Acetyl-L-carnitine: form and dose matter
A 2004 exploratory, open-label trial compared carnitine regimens in 90 people with chronic fatigue syndrome over 24 weeks. It included acetyl-L-carnitine at 2 g/day and had no placebo group. ATP FLUX contains 170 mg acetyl levocarnitine hydrochloride per capsule; salt weight, dose and formulation differ. Read the study.

Read the label before use
For adult use. Follow the directions on your supplied bottle or your healthcare professional’s advice, including capsule number and frequency. Take with food if directed. The three-capsule comparison above is not a dosing instruction. Do not increase the dose to match an ingredient trial.
Review other multivitamins, CoQ10, NR and selenium products to avoid unnecessary duplication.
Check personal suitability
- Seek professional advice before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicines, preparing for surgery or managing a health condition. Not intended for children’s self-use.
- CoQ10 may interact with warfarin or insulin and may be incompatible with some cancer treatments. Digestive upset or insomnia can occur. NCCIH safety information.
- Contains a wheat-derived ingredient. Check the label and lecithin source if you have food allergies; do not assume gluten-free or soy-free status.
- Stop use and seek advice if adverse effects occur. Keep out of reach of children; follow label storage instructions.
Common questions
Is it the same as CoQ10 alone?
No. It combines CoQ10 with B vitamins, NR, acetyl-L-carnitine salt, lecithin and other ingredients. A wider formula is not automatically better for every person.
Why can urine look bright yellow?
Riboflavin is yellow and excess absorbed amounts are excreted in urine. A colour change can follow B2 supplementation; it is not proof of “detox” or product effectiveness. Seek medical advice for persistent unusual colour, pain, blood or other symptoms. NIH riboflavin information.
Does the formula contain ATP, NADH or NMN?
These are not listed in the public ARTG ingredient record. The listed NAD+ precursor is nicotinamide riboside chloride.
Can it treat fatigue, diabetes or heart disease?
This page does not establish those uses. It is not a substitute for diagnosis, prescribed treatment or professional management of persistent symptoms.
Is a fixed result or anti-ageing effect guaranteed?
No. Individual responses vary. Ingredient studies and an Australian listing do not establish age reversal, lifespan extension or a guaranteed benefit from this combination.
